Aubrey Plaza Will Star in New Heidi Fleiss Biopic

Mr. Skin fave Aubrey Plaza is about to breath new life into a very 90s scandal. Word on the street is she’s going to star in and produce a biopic of “Hollywood madam” Heidi Fleiss with the production company behind last year’s Pamela Anderson career booster, The Last Showgirl.

For those not around at the time, Heidi ran a prostitution ring that catered to wealthy, prominent clients in Los Angeles from the early to mid 90s, when she was federally charged, convicted, and sent to prison. A scandal involving young sex workers and Hollywood hotshots should be primed for nudity, and past retellings of Heidi’s tale definitely support that… but not as much as we would’ve liked.

She was the subject of the 1995 UK documentary Heidi Fleiss: Hollywood Madam that used real footage from home videos taken by her then-boyfriend, director Iván Nagy (the man who would introduce Heidi to the madam who’d teach her all about the escort business.) At one point, he asks her to uncover her naked body, which she does, briefly flashing all three Bs as she runs out of view.

Then in 2004, Soprano’s star Jamie-Lynn Sigler stepped into Heidi’s shoes for Call Me: The Rise and Fall of Heidi Fleiss: Unrated and Uncut. The film has six nude scenes, though Jamie elected to use a body double throughout.

There is hope though that this new project won’t skimp when it comes barenaked bodies because everyone connected with the upcoming The Heidi Fleiss Story has nudity ties too! First, there’s director Leah Rachel, the woman behind 2019’s Chambers, a series which featured star Lilliya Scarlett Reid undressing in four scenes plus this amazing rack close up of Sivan Alyra Rose in the premiere episode.

Next, the script is written by Rachel Sennott, who brought us the hilariously raunchy Bottoms and recently wore a see throught top to see Sabrina Carpenter in concert.

And of course, there’s Aubrey, our favorite deadpan diva and the nude MVP of shows like The White Lotus and Legion.
