Songs in the Key of Nudity is devoted to deep diving into the best of the breast when it comes to nudity and music. Now we’re breaking down the best soundtracks of nude movies by decade, starting with the naughty 90s! Since it’s been a minute, it’s easy to forget that this was the decade that budding auteurs like Quentin Tarantino and Wes Anderson started made soundtracks that became as big a pop culture phenomenon as the films themselves, paving the way so that others like Edgar Wright and James Gunn could follow in their footsteps. Those classics don’t make the cut here though because they’re missing the key ingredient: skin! That’s also why you won’t find the Singlessoundtrack here, sadly. It’s an iconic piece of 90s cinema, but if the film had nudity in it, it would be unstoppable!

So without further ado, here are the top nude movies of the 90s with awesome soundtracks. They are da bomb AND all that and a bag of chips, no diggity - and you can see the best undressed scene of each below!

Honorable mentions: Go and Velvet Goldmine

Both come in just shy of the top ten because of global popularity, but need to be included because they are personal faves. The music and mams of the underrated Go have already been examined by SITKON and a post dedicated to Velvet Goldmine’s tunes and tits will happen later this year.

10. Wild Wild West

It may only contain a brief bit of backside, but the fact that it’s from spicy Skin Hall of Famer Salma Hayek catapults it onto our list - not to mention that the Stevie Wonder-sampling theme song is as unforgiving an earworm as anything else.

9. Boyz N the Hood

Named after the debut single of N.W.A.’s Eazy-E, the Oscar-nominated Jon Singleton film isfilled with friendly contributions from other West Coast rappers, including costar and Eazy’s fellow N.W.A-er, Ice Cube. But it’s Leonette Scott who’s the most neighborly, showing us what’s under her hood during a sexy rendezvous with Cuba Gooding Jr.!

8. American Pie

Thanks to this 1999 coming-of-age hit that spawned a whole flesh-filled franchise, the decade is now synonymous with the magical combination of raunchy teen comedies and frat boy pop rock from bands like Blink-182 and Sugar Ray. Back then everybody wanted a slice, especially of sexy standout Shannon Elizabeth after this terrific topless scene.

7. Magnolia

For those who like their nudity with a side of melodic indie folk, Paul Thomas Anderson took a bunch of unreleased Aimee Mann songs and turned them into this acclaimed 1999 drama, which features Melora Walters’ boobs a-bouncing to Aimee’s tune “One” as she gets banged on a bed.

Before he was winning Oscars for composing film scores, Nine Inch Nails frontman Trent Reznor got started in the movie biz producing soundtracks like the one for this Oliver Stone action romance. Even the violent setting, you’ll want to get Closer to Lorraine Farris’s naked naturals!

Fifth place goes to this cult classic. Love it or hate it, the futuristic synth pop soundtrack from Éric Serra is a ferocious favorite among sci-fi fans, as are Milla Jovovich’s bare breasts as the film’s waifish leading lady.

4. Titanic

There’s no way we could leave out the highest grossing movie of the whole decade, not when it had 1) an inescapable chart-topper like Celine Dion’s “My Heart Will Go On” and 2) Kate Winslet’s gorgeous rack in it. She had are hard ons going on and on!

3. The Big Lebowski

Any film with a trippy dream ballet is an automatic winner, and A-list nudity just sweetens the pot. If you checked what condition our condition was in back in 1998, you would have found our pulses quickened by the sight of Julianne Moore’s melons in this comedy masterpiece from the Coen brothers.

2. (tie) Twin Peaks: Fire Walk With Me and Lost Highway

How can we possibly decide between these two 90s-era David Lynch projects? Well, we’re not, we’re counting them both. No one combines bangers and bare bodies quite like Lynch, the man was in a class - emphasis on the “ass” - all by himself, as demonstrated by these two tit-illating movie moments.

Of course it has to be number one, it was the number one soundtrack pick in our all time breast-of list! There’s not much more that can be said about this breakout British hit from 1996, other than if you aren’t familiar with it, grab headphones and some tissue and get on it already!
