Vermelho Monet (2022)

Chico Diaz plays a painter named Johannes Van Almeida who is slowly losing the ability to see color due to Parkinson’s disease. One day, he spots a young actress named Florence Lizz (Samantha Heck Müller) at a cafe in Lisbon and is immediately struck by her particular shade of red hair, “Monet Red”, which appears to be the only color Johannes can really see. Florence also has an uncanny resemblance to Johannes’ roommate, Adele (Gracinda Nave), a fellow painter suffering from Alzheimer’s. Florence ends up in a succumbing to the passions of savvy art dealer Antoinette (Maria Fernanda Cândido), who then brings Florence to Johannes to inspire him to paint again after a piece of immense value goes missing. You’ll be inspired to paint your own walls when you see Samantha topless in the tub, and even more so when she brandishes both boobs and buns while posing for the artist in the buff. Your palms will be Monet Red by the end!
